Are you a visionary Product Designer, passionate about shaping the future of work with AI? We’re building the next generation of AI-powered tools in the work management space, and in this role, you will be instrumental in turning ambiguity into tangible, user-centric solutions. This is a 0–1 opportunity to define what’s next, from initial discovery through to final delivery.

You will be embedded in our AI product team, collaborating in a trio with Product and Engineering, and working closely with a dedicated UX Researcher to generate key insights. If you are a systems thinker who blends strategic design with hands-on execution and thrives in early-stage product building, this role is for you.

What you bring:

• You can lead and execute UX and UI  for complex initiatives, from inception through launch and iteration.

• You collaborate with PMs, engineers, and stakeholders to frame problems, define hypotheses, and test rapidly through prototypes and user research.

• You can shape early-stage products with clarity, moving from ambiguity to structured opportunity spaces.

• You’re able to translate insights into elegant, scalable, and accessible interfaces with a high bar for craft and consistency.

• You can maintain and evolve our design system, ensuring scalability across multiple products and teams.
