To help us pull off this year’s uxcon vienna & Future Builders, we’re looking for someone with a strong hand in graphic design who also enjoys supporting on the communication, organization, and planning side.
⏳ Part-time (geringfügig / more hours before the event)
📆 July through end of September
📍based in Vienna (mostly remote, more and more on-site closer to and during the event)
Who you are
A graphic designer at heart with a strong eye for detail. You get our look and feel and can build on what’s already there. You also enjoy supporting on the communication, organization, and planning side – comfortable juggling different tasks at once.
What you’d do
- Design print materials, social assets, and event graphics (+ manage print orders end to end)
- Contribute to planning (e.g. communications, marketing, network partners, in-kind sponsoring, …)
- Content support website
- Support with marketing activities
- Support on the organizational side
What you bring
- Confident skills in design tools
- A knack for communication and organization
- Strong English (German is a plus)
- A feel for the uxcon vibe
