Why we need a knowledge management strategy

You may have read some of the ‘hot takes’ written in the last year that the UX Research discipline is dying and been tempted to hang up your hat and go and find something else to do… but don’t despair just yet! In her talk at uxcon '24, Emma showed how thinking like a content strategist could help us build a knowledge management strategy for our teams. She shared a practical framework that teams could actually use. Drawing from information architecture and content strategy, she introduced ideas and tools to help UX researchers step back into a more strategic and valued role.
