From inner culture to outer connection: The belonging effect

In this interactive session participants will explore what belonging is, and why it’s important. They will be introduced to the from the inside out approach – from inside each of us outwards to others, and from inside organizations outwards to clients. Participants will leave feeling inspired to create a sense of belonging in their organizations that will flow outwards to their users (and increase reach while doing so).

This session is for you if you feel strongly about the U in UX and making sure that the X design is reflective of the diversity of the human family. You could be new to UX or a seasoned contributor – belonging is something we need to keep in the forefront of our mind, in order to create experiences that not only resonate but that allow users to feel acknowledged and seen.

Got some juicy gossip?

We’d love to hear it (and any other questions, wishes or suggestions you have).
