Future-proofing UX research in the AI era

Researchers are under increasing pressure to use AI in their work – or to justify why human research is necessary when AI alternatives exist. This workshop helps researchers (and designers conducting research) identify and articulate the value of human research, and clarify their role in driving user-centered outcomes in an AI-enabled product org.

This session is for:

  • Researchers facing pushback or skepticism about the need for human research now that AI tools exist
  • Designers or PMs conducting research who want to understand when AI can help and when human research is still essential
  • Research leaders/managers who need consistent language to communicate the team’s value to executives and partners
  • ResearchOps practitioners shaping AI-enabled workflows, standards, and guardrails for evidence quality

Got some juicy gossip?

We’d love to hear it (and any other questions, wishes or suggestions you have).
