How AI Affects How Humans Think

Chernobyl, Three Mile Island, numerous plane crashes are just some of the incidents where human error is listed as a cause of record.

However, when we look deeper and consider what is known about how humans think, we can see how the design of these systems led the human to make the error. Understanding how humans think can help us to make wonderful experiences with our products and services.

In this interactive session, you will be amazed at humans' ability to recognize patterns, know how stress and workload can impact ability to make decisions, and understand how to incorporate this information to create AI products and services with great UX.
