Open discussion: DEI in times of political change
This is meant to be an informal conversation between a few speakers and the audience. We will explore DEI (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion) within the current context and discuss the impact of the changes – on workplaces, on design and on users and their experiences.
This session is for you if you take the U in UX seriously; if you want to ensure you are creating the best experience possible for the diversity of users that exist; and if you have some thoughts to share about how we continue to honour these commitments in these interesting times. A basic understanding of DEI is required.
