Your career is a design problem

As designers, we're trained to embrace iteration, uncertainty, and continuous improvement, yet many of us approach our careers asif they've reached a final state. We settle into comfortable routines, optimizefor the next sprint, and slowly drift into careers designed by circumstancerather than intention. In a world being reshaped by AI, changing businessexpectations, and evolving industries, the biggest challenge is no longeradapting products but adapting ourselves.

Through personal stories, lessons learned across different chapters of mycareer, and the lens of systems thinking, this talk explores how identity, adaptability, community, and conscious experimentation can help designers buildcareers that remain meaningful, resilient, and relevant long after theircurrent role, title, or skillset changes.

Got some juicy gossip?

We’d love to hear it (and any other questions, wishes or suggestions you have).
