UX book club with Sabine Ballata & Steve Portigal

Interviewing Users by Steve Portigal @UX Book Club plus Q&A with the author

Swap your pixels for dots per inch and join the UX Vienna book club! We get together every 3rd Thursday and talk about (UX) design books.

The amazing Sabine is a bookworm who loves sharing her passion with others. In her UX book club, she regularly discusses UX readings together. This year, she'll be diving into "Interviewing Users - How to Uncover Compelling Insights" by Steve Portigal. And as luck would have it, Steve himself will be at uxcon at the same time and will join the Q&A session. :-)

Join this special session and bring your questions - reading the book is not mandatory!

The book club is happening at the same location as uxcon '24. Here’s how you get there.

We’re excited to have the amazing Design Thinking Space for this event this year - it’s always such a great spot to be in... a room that has a fantastic view!

About the book
Now in its 2nd edition, Interviewing Users is an acclaimed classic that shows how research studies and logistics can be used to determine concrete goals for a business and takes the reader on a detailed journey into the specifics of interviewing techniques, best practices, fieldwork, documentation, and how to make sense of uncovered data.
