About the Speaker

Alicia is coordinating digital innovation across Austrian universities, bringing together faculties, developers, and students to co-create solutions for the student life cycle.

Based at the University of Vienna, she facilitates workshops and design sprints, guiding interdisciplinary teams from the first idea all the way to a working prototype. With over five years of experience at the intersection of technology, education, and social innovation in the international development sector, she has a knack for making complex, cross-institutional processes feel manageable— all while having fun along the way!

At uxcon, she is sharing insights into overseeing user-centered design processes and stakeholder management in large-scale, multi-university cooperation projects.
