With over 20+ years of practical, cross-functional leadership experience, she now works in partnership with product and design leaders, helping them to overcome challenges and build sustainable leadership practices so that they not only realise their own potential, but also bring out the best in those around them. She is passionate about preventing burnout in the workplace and is currently writing a book on resilient, mindful leadership.
