Dorota is a service designer and product researcher at Roche, working at the intersection of UX, psychology, and AI. She partners with AI and technology teams to improve user and developer experience, turn user insights into meaningful solutions, and design products and services.

With 14 years of professional experience, she brings a broad perspective that helps her look at challenges from different angles, connect people and technology, and bridge user needs with technical and business realities. She also co-leads Research Operations, helping research become more consistent, visible, and impactful.

Outside of work, she enjoys reading, learning languages, playing volleyball, and discovering new psychology and science facts.
