About the Speaker
In addition to his commitment to the Graz UX community, Johannes Lehner is a passionate connector of UX, CX, and related disciplines. He is the co-founder of the UCPX Network, serves as the Regional Representative of UXPA Austria and as the Country Manager for IxDF Austria, helping to foster cross-community collaboration.
Since 2024, Johannes has focused on promoting accessibility and strengthening ties between UX and other fields. That same year, he launched Design System Diaries, a LinkedIn Live webinar series offering in-depth knowledge and practical insights on design systems, and initiated the Digital A11y Online Stammtisch, a recurring online meetup for exchanging ideas and experiences around digital accessibility.
Together with his office dog Zeus, Johannes works as a Lead UX Engineer at Intact GmbH, where he has played a key role since 2014 in embedding a UX-conscious approach across projects and teams. He built and leads Intact's UX team and initiated the company's design system ZEUS.
In 2024, Johannes created the WCAG 2.2 Card Deck, a free resource designed to make accessibility guidelines more approachable for designers and developers. He also supports companies through freelance work in design system development, concept creation, and integrating UX practices into organizations and existing processes.
