Specializing in ethical design practices and empowering women in the field, she has cultivated a diverse background by working on design projects spanning industries such as B2B SaaS, machine learning, food delivery, music, subscriptions, and cancer treatment. Passionate about promoting ethical and accessible design, Justyna advocates for its importance in all the companies and teams she leads, aspiring to create a digital landscape that empowers, uplifts and enables users.

Fluent in 4+ languages, Justyna is also a novice violin player and is currently developing a course to teach ethical design principles to new designers, all while splitting her time between Europe and Singapore.
