Karoline is a self-employed UX/UI writer, technical writer, marketing texter, and interface tester with over 25 years of experience creating user content for digital product interfaces. She is a translator by training, and a certified user experience manager and requirements engineer. Her industry experience includes banking, electrical engineering, telecom, aerospace, e-learning, IT infrastructure, defense, rail, and license management. She lives, interchangeably, in Vienna and Lower Austria with her husband and a black stray cat.
