Luiza Demasi is a User Researcher at Spotify with over eight years of experience, specializing in critical domains like login, security, and account management—including sensitive research with vulnerable users, creators, and malicious actors.

She leads part of Spotify’s internal research efforts to integrate AI into workflows, helping both researchers and non-researchers leverage these tools to generate insights responsibly and effectively. This workshop marks her first external session dedicated to AI in research.

Luiza holds a Master’s in Experience Design and has previously worked as a UX Researcher at Wise and Sony Electronics. She is known for amplifying research impact through close collaboration with stakeholders and is uniquely positioned to help senior UX leaders evolve their research practice with AI.
