Marc Busch is a UX and market researcher with more than 15 years of experience.

He has helped over 100 product teams plan, streamline, and run high-impact user and customer research, and has personally conducted thousands of research sessions. As founder of Busch Labs, a UX research agency based in Vienna, he combines an academic background in psychology (MSc, University of Vienna) with a business mindset, bringing methodological rigour to dynamic, fast-paced product development.
