Marine is Lead Product Designer at Societe General CIB. Driven by a fascination with human dynamics, she has contributed to democratizing UX across diverse contexts—from IT departments and e-commerce startups to brokerage firms and major investment banks. Today, she trains product teams and supports designers through mentoring, coaching, and training.

Passionate about improvisational theater, she discovered in it a powerful way to navigate the tensions and unpredictability of projects. Since 2016, she has been designing workshops at the intersection of design and soft skills, where empathy, agility, and emotional intelligence become superpowers to embody vision, strengthen leadership, and unite teams with confidence and impact.
