Melanie is a UX research expert at SKOPOS NOVA, one of Germanys leading UX agencies. While her professional career started out in forensic psychology, she has since swapped researching criminals for researching criminal usability.
With SKOPOS NOVA, she has conducted numerous studies for automotive customers, especially those based in Bavaria, but also feels at home in the energy, trade and finance sector. She is leading a team based in Munich and is responsible for international and national client studies.
