Noelle is a Product Designer with over 8 years of experience, currently working at Revolut, a leading FinTech company.

She is an entrepreneur at heart and has enjoyed co-founding two startups. Her background includes working in cross-functional teams within highly-regulated industries, and she has successfully CE marked three Class I Medical Devices. At Medicus AI, as the acting product owner for Smart Assist, a clinical decision support tool, she patented the technology. At Ada Health, she helped the VP of Product Design grow the design team from 1 to 10 designers and led the team across all 5 programs. Outside of work, Noelle is an Academic e-Mentor at the University of Leeds and focuses on growing the design community in Lebanon through the OpenIDEO Beirut Chapter she started in December 2019.

In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, swing dancing, traveling, and collecting beer bottle caps from around the world.
