Several aspects of Rasika’s background led her towards User Experience. From her education in social psychology, communication, and art, her fondness for tech and design, her experience living in 12 cities/8 countries, and her passion for understanding people and cultures – it seems UX became the perfect intersection of her interests.  

Over the last 20 years, Rasika has established her career by conducting user research for US government agencies, consulting for a variety of companies and public entities, and building growth strategies and teams in tech startups (including Shpock & Anyline).  

Today, she leads the global Design & Experience practice at Dynatrace from the Vienna Lab. At Dynatrace, she is responsible for transforming and championing the UX practice and leading a team to build an iconic product experience.

Additionally, stemming from her personal and professional experience, Rasika is a DEI advocate who holds DEI topics close to heart.

You can find her recharging her batteries by spending time with her family, globetrotting, listening to music, and practicing yoga and meditation.
