About the Speaker
Shane Moloney is a design leader, systems thinker, and UX strategist with over 15 years of experience spanning UX design, web development, and product leadership. Born in Ireland and now based in Vienna, he holds an MSc in UX & Service Design and currently serves as Lead UX Designer in digital healthcare at Roche. Prior to Roche, Shane was Head of Design at Showtime Analytics, where he led the growth of UX design & engineering teams, helped build multiple SaaS products, and supported securing major investment rounds and strategic global partnerships. His consulting work spans fintech, digital healthcare, government service design, and data analytics.
