Zsuzsa is a UX researcher, who has owned many different roles around building digital products in the past 20 years, but in each one her focus was involving users in the process early on and keeping them close. She enjoys talking to people, seeing products through their eyes, and understanding their thinking and mental model about the world. She is working as a freelancer since 2021 with clients like Speechify, Shapr3D, Richter or szamlazz.hu.
