Giles is a UX and digital strategy leader who has built and scaled design organizations, creating high-performing cultures that deliver meaningful outcomes. He currently is working as Head of Product and Innovation at Made Tech.

He is the author of Simple and Usable: Web, Mobile, and Interaction Design (2017), an international keynote speaker, and a former President of the UK UXPA and Co-Chair of the IA Summit, and is recognized for shaping design culture, developing leadership talent, helping organizations adapt to AI, accessibility, and new ways of working. Giles says he is influenced by Patrick Lencioni’s The Advantage, and thus leads with a “clan culture” approach rooted in communication, human values, and accountability.
