Yashvir comes from North India and moved to Germany in 2019, spent a decade convincing clients & project managers in design agencies for his design decision leaving him to a burnout. He pursued Masters from Goettingen, Germany specializing in UX Research to learn the science behind learning the user needs.

In 2023, affected by layoff, he pursued his ambition project Employed.world which came out from the same Master’s thesis. Being neurodivergent seeking clarity was hard, communicating the vision and idea was harder. 2 years later he built a community of 3500+ jobs seekers, mentors, hiring managers by hosting over 65+ in-person events since 2024 in Berlin, Germany. He runs Employed.world, a social enterprise with government-to-consumer business model (working with local labor ministry of Germany) to support job seekers to get into the job market and/or support them to be self-employed/start something.
